I am planning my entire wedding almost completely by myself because I am such a perfectionist. Everything is going great but I'm wondering how the day of the wedding will go since I know most of the details for decorating. My ceremony and reception are at the same outdoor location (ceremony in a gazeebo and reception in a tent nearby) The ceremony isn't until 4 pm. I know I will have a lot to do that day to get ready, so I'm wondering who I can have set up/decorate my reception space . The Resort that we are using will set up the tables, chairs, placesettings etc. But who usually sets up the centerpieces, favors, placecards, guestbook table, etc. etc. I don't have or particularily want to pay for a wedding planner/coordinator to do this for me. Would I be crazy to think I could do this myself that morning?

You either have to pay a coordinator for Day Of services or ask a friend to do this. You definitely don't want to try to do this yourself on the day of the wedding.
