My fiance has a big family with lots of kids. We feel strongly that we would like the kids of our family members to attend our wedding. We also have a couple of friends who will be coming from out of town who will need to bring their kids because it would be hard to find someone to watch them for an entire weekend. However, if we include all of the kids from friends that we will invite from in town, the kid count could go up to almost 40, or a third of the entire guest list. There are at least 4 couples that have 3 kids. Can we invite only the kids of our family members and people that will be traveling from out of town? We have to include the family kids, but I don't think I could face a reception with 40 kids!
