     Dinner Response Card nightmare

My nephew is getting married in a month and I just heard from the bride that they forgot to ask the guests to choose between chicken and steak on the reply cards. She has asked my advise on how to handle this - does someone make phone calls to each guest or do they just choose for the guests themselves? What is the best way to handle this potential nightmare?

Someone should call the guests who have said they are coming and ask. It may take a little work but will be well worth it to have a record later.

Cheers!
