We have to give our final number to the caterer tomorrow. We have received most of the response cards, and called the others to confirm. We are serving a buffet with salads, fruits, sliced meats, cheeses and breads. Our caterer told us they prepare 1.5 servings per guest. Our final confirmed guest number is 105. I have ordered the buffet for 110. We have also added extra appetizers and veges to the buffet. The MOG called this afternoon to say that a caterer friend told her to order at least 20 extra. I think we will have plenty. What do you think? I can't find any information that tells how many more to estimate beyond the confirmed count.
