Introduction of Parents & Grandparents at Reception

Our oldest daughter is about to be married. I feel that the parents of both bride and groom, along with grandparents, should be introduced with the wedding party. Our daughter wants to have us sitting at a table instead of making an entrance with the wedding party. What do you think?

It is more common for the bride's parents and then the groom's parents to be announced prior to the wedding party. Normally the grandparents are not announced but can be. If your daughter wants you to be announced from your seat that is a personal choice. It will be an honor for you either way.
