     Making wedding reception menu cards?

I am having a pretty casual beach wedding but I am doing a menu card for two reasons - 1) because the salad I am having has salmon in it but you can't tell by looking at it so I want people to know in case they are allergic and 2) my tables are really big and i need to fill up space Wink!

My questions are - what do you put on them? Should I include that there are passed hors d'oeuvres and what they are? Or should I just put the salad, main course and wedding cake? Do I need to list coffee, tea, ect? Should i List the food displays we are having too (cheese, shrimp, fruit and pastries)?

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

Dear Making menu cards,

Feel free to include the the hors d' oeuvres as well as all menu items. Be sure to make the salad with salmon highlighted in some way.

I know that I am always curious about the hors d' oeuvres when they are not identified. It will be a nice touch.

Be sure to include your names and the date and place of the reception as it will become a keepsake for many people.

Thank you very much! Do you think I need to list coffee, tea, etc? Thanks again.
