Mentioning serving of alcohol on the wedding invitation

My Fiance's sister and dad will be paying for our reception and we want alcohol at the reception, which I know my parents will not approve of. We will also have church members present. We plan on having the reception from 6-8 then serving alcohol after this time. What is the proper way to put on a reception invitation that alcohol will be served starting at a certain time?

Dear Deafear,

You just may lose many of your guests if they have to wait two hours for drinks. It may be difficult to structure this also. But, if this is what you want to do, you could include this information on an enclosure. Your guests may want to know this.

Best wishes,
