Invitations and responses for my reception have already been received for my all co-workers. The reception is a month away, however, it is a destination wedding so Seating charts are set, (which they haven't seen.) But now, one co-worker was fired. Since my Manager is coming, how can I politely seat them at different tables? They both say they want to sit together, followed by some sort of a rude comment. I don't want any issues that night and I want them to have fun!

You have to move one or the other to another table. It is not just the two guests involved. It would be very uncomfortable for every guest at the table. You don't want them in the position of worrying whether the two would get into some kind of altercation. I would put my boss with some of my closer friends or relatives and make him/her feel that they are too close to be at the coworker's table. I agree - out of kindness to both of them and respect for the rest of your guests, you'll have to swap one out to another table. Shayna Walker, Williamsburg Wedding Design http://www.williamsburgweddingdesign.com
