     Wedding Buffet Menu

Hi,

I am 21 years old and getting married in the spring. I am planning this wedding pretty much by myself, and I would like some advice on the food that I am thinking of having at the buffet at my 5pm reception of 130 people:

Cocktail hour snacks:

fruit trays, veggie trays, cheese and crackers and shrimp.

Buffet:

Chicken a la Kiev, macaroni and cheese, red skin potatoes, green bean almondine, rice pilaf, rolls, and caesar salad

Does this buffet sound acceptable? Is there anything I should change? Would grilled veggies be better than any of the other options I have listed?

Thank you so much!

I would have another main meal offering for those who do not like chicken.
