Our wedding reception is at a hotel. We do have some out-of-town guests coming and would like to give each a welcome bag at the hotel. There are also a lot of guests who are deciding to stay the night in the hotel as well, not necessarily out-of-town, just to make a night out of it (plus the hotel has a waterpark). Should we give all the hotel guests welcome bags?
