     cost of an open bar

I want an open bar for 250 people. Not everyone will drink, maybe 100 of these people will. Should I have enough liquor and beer for these people? How many drinks per person. I was thinking about 4-5 drinks. Should I budget $750 for alcohol? Do you think that will be enough?

I think we may need a bit more information here? Who will be providing the liquor? Will it be your caterer? All caterers that I know do a per person amount for the bar. The $750 is not enough for the 250 guests you're expecting.
