     reception menu

My reception is planned for 3:00pm. After lunch but before dinner but I want any food service over early because we have music and dancing planned. My question is that since we will "serve" at about 3:30 should my menu be light and "lunch like" or more on the dinner meal type? What will my guests most likely expect? Thank you

Dear After Lunch,

Most likely your guests will expect a light meal or snacks. It doesn't have to be 'served'. This could simply be a buffet table.

Best wishes,
