     reception set up

We are planning an informal outdoor wedding and reception in early June for about 50 people. Everything is going to be at the same location, it is a private park. It's a 2pm wedding with hors' d oeuvres and cake. I was thinking of having everyone seated at tables during the ceremony. Is this okay? Should the tables be set? Do we even need the tables? Do we make an exit and be announced into the reception? How do we do photos with everyone there. Should we do photos before hand? What would be an appropriate time line for this type of ceremony and reception? I am clueless when it comes to planning this. Thank you for your time.
