I love this idea! Instead of using table numbers, you use photographs (converting pictures to black and white) of yourself and your finace. i.e. old photos of you as children, recent photos, silly photos, etc. Each table has a coorsponding photo to the seating arrangment. For example, for your 'seating table' you would use small cards with a photo inside. Everyone would have to find the same photo on each of the tables.
For your butterfly theme, if you are very creative you can make small cards with the shape of a butterfly cut out on the front of card. Each card would act as a butterfly frame for your photos. Jay Wheatley
