We are getting married at 1:30 in the afternoon (the ceremony and receiving line should be finished by 3:00). We would like to have a sit down dinner with DJ and dancing. The question we have is what do we do with the guests from 3:00-5:30/6:00 when dinner is served?
Is there a reason that the reception doesn't start until 5:30 or 6? If not, make the reception follow the ceremony with a 1 hour cocktail and dinner service around 4:30 or 5.
