what to do with wedding guests during conversion of room

I am having my ceremony and reception at the same location. The room is divided into three big rooms with sliding curtains to divide them. We are having the ceremony in the middle room, but after that I have to have some place for the guests to go while the caterers convert the room to be part of the reception once we open the dividing curtains. What do I do?

Is there a venue site coordinator at the place where you are having your wedding/reception that you can discuss this with? Normally, it is that person who works out a layout/flow of the wedding/reception and this is a logistic that would be talked about at your final detailing meeting with him, or her.
