Centerpiece & Table cloth Ideas for Jamaican Theme Reception

Help! My reception is coming up 4/30/06 at a Beach Club. We got married in Jamaica 12/29/05. We will have about 10 tables of 8 people. Various age groups. We both were married before, we are in our 50's and want a fun environment w/o being tacky. Any suggestions on really different centerpieces and what we can do to accent the boring ivory tablecloths. The venue is rustic, on the beach, ceiling fans, round tables, & bar. Dress for the reception is caribbean elegant. Flowers not an option...too boring for us. Of course, we are on a budget, since we went all out for caribbean food, jamaican wedding cake, not much $$$ for decorating! Thanks for your help!!!!

Candles are an elegant, yet cost effective, decorating item. Get low cost hurricane glasses at a dollar store, fill part way with sand and insert pillar candles studded with seashells. Place a top grass mats or any type of natural looking mat. Buy bags of sea shells and starfish form a local craft store to scatter around the centerpiece.

I think we have had other posts regarding this type of decorating so use the search bar and enter beach wedding decorations or any appropriate keywords to locate these previous answers.
