Decorations to go along with cake topper

We are having a small wedding. The reception will be in the fellowship hall, following the ceremony at the church. My bridesmaids will be wearing between a burgundy and cranberry color dress. They will be carrying stargazer lilies, as will I in my bouqet. The florist is providing the cake topper, instead of the traditional bride and groom, we will have flowers. They will also be stargazer lilies. I don't have a theme. My wedding is in November. I don't know what to do about decorations. We can't add to many more flowers, the cost is just unbelievable. We have birdseed tied in tulle with ribbon to match the bridesmaid dresses, as well as hershey kisses tied in tulle for favors. Do you have any suggestions as to how to decorate? I was thinking of floating candles. We will only have three large round tables and two cocktail tables. Thank you for your time.

With it being in November, you might consider fall silk flowers to decorate the tables, including colorful autumn colors with cranberry red silk berries to match your colors. They would be something you can later use and enjoy in your own home during the fall seasons. Many of the larger craft stores will have these items on sale by November. Be sure to check out their wide printed ribbon, available in all kinds of styles and colors, as that would make a nice touch, and again usable later for decorating your own home during the holidays.

SmileWhat you are doing sounds lovley. Why not try a tall cylinder of water with a floating candle and a bit of submerged coiled beargrass or willow. ..or even better yet fresh cranberries! Then, 3 small votives and place the attendants bouquets at the bases of each. It will be very pretty. Another nice way to add a touch of panache is with a nice square overlay on the tables. Perhaps a visit to a home goods or fabric store will turn up a pretty dark red or sheer overlay. Really, candles are great. You can also use floating candles in nice wine glasses that can be brought home after. Even an eclectic mix of glasswear can be nice. Perhaps a single open lily floating in a glass bowl on the cocktail tables..
My main advise though is, whatever you do, do it with clean, crisp perfection and dont clutter things up because you don't know what to do. Less is more...done with a bit of flair. You are most welcome to my time and I wish you a beautiful wedding and even more beautiful married life! Cool
