Bridesmaid dresses are peach..but I really like this light green color (like green roses) and I wanted ot possibly incorporate more green in my reception. I am having bows on my chairs.. should I continue with the peach color or would it clash if I had green.
Some variations of these colors look very good together, try it with some samples and go with it if that's what you want. Nancy Tucker President of Weddings Beautiful US http://www.weddingsbeautiful.com
Now I get it. I had it a bit backwards. If you make green your primary color then go for it. I have done several green based weddings recently and they are very elegant and classy. Most green tones blend beautifully together and set off whatever they are around.
One thing to remember though is that green is a blender. You probably won't get much bang out of it for any arrangements that are viewed from the distance. As in Altar pieces. For them use more of the peach and maybe some white along with your green roses and accents.
Bouquets and close up pieces will effective in the all green scheme.
In your centerpieces I think you should consider a tiny touch of peach as an accent along with the greens. Maybe a couple of peach hypericum berries or a few peach tulips. Otherwise do the all green look: bows and all.
The thing to advise against is a 50/50 mix of color. It's a lot classier to pick a favorite and lay it on. Your peach will show up and pop better in small doses.
