I'm giving a best man's speech this weekend, however, I need a bit of assistance with the part where the best man thanks the bridesmaids etc.
The groom is a complete car fanatic and I want to 'thank' the bridesmaids in the style of a complete car freak! Can anyone assist on this one?

If you type in "car terms" in google or any other search engine, you'll find websites with entire glossaries of car terms. However, I didn't think words like "winch, wind up, viscous coupling, or twin cam" would be very appropriate when used to describe the bridesmaids.
I think it would be more humorous to use car terms to describe the groom since he's the car fanatic (like "RPM, powertrain, normally aspirated, limited slip differential") -- and give a more serious and traditional thank you to the bridesmaids.
