     Bride and Groom toast

I hadn't planned on saying toasts at our reception. A few of the attendants are saying toasts. It is wrong for the bride and groom not to say a toast?

Dear Shy,

Not really. But, it is best to at least thank the guests for sharing your day with you.

Best wishes,

I agree. You don't have to make a toast but please thank all of your guests who have traveled, both near and far, to be a part of your special day.
