     Father Toast Confusion

My daughter is getting married in July. Her father and I divorced when she was little and both have remarried. All sets of parents have contributed for the wedding. (Us-MOB & Stepfather- approx 45%, her father and his current wife 17%, and Groom's parents 38%) I have made 80% of all the wedding plans (yes, I AM tired!) Now we are thinking about the reception. It will be held in a private room at a very nice restaurant, complete with drinks, meal and wedding cake. Who makes the Father of the Bride toast? or should we even have one in our circumstances?

The father of the bride is still her father and he would make the toast. It doesn't much matter who is paying for what.
