     Rehearsal Dinner Speech

My husband & I are hosting my brother & finace's rehearsal dinner, as his only remaining family. Should only I as his sister give the speech? Or should both my husband & I give one? Any speech tips would be appreciated. Any rehearsal dinner etiquette tips would be greatly appeciated! Thank you!

A speech is not mandatory but either or both of you may propose a toast.
