1) There don't seem to be any fixed rules on this, but would it be too much to have all of the following people making speeches/toasts:
Father of the Bride (toast couple);
Best Man (toast groom);
MOH (toast bride);
Groom (toast Bride and both parents);
Bride (toast groom and both parents {again??} and maybe the friends from far-away)?
2) If acceptable, in what specific order should these speeches be? And before, after or in between different courses of dinner?
I definitely want to have all the necessary speeches, but am worried that the guests might get bored...

Dear Bride to Be,
Traditionally, the Best Man begins the toast any time after the receiving line and after everyone has a glass of bubbly. The groom follows, with the bride (optional) following him. Parents follow, then any relative may give their toasts with the bridal party chiming in. The floor is given to any one else who wishes to toast the happy couple at this point.
