What to Say??

Hello! My son is getting married on Friday and I haven't prepared a speech I'm to give at the reception. My family is Indian and I am not familiar with the practice of giving speeches. My son is marrying an American girl and I want to give a speech to welcome her to our family, I just can't find the right words. Could anyone help me? A few ideas, something to start with? Thanks!
