     Who Gives Toasts at Reception?

I have read a number of comments here on this subject, but there is so much information I am getting confused.

1. Who gives toasts at the wedding reception besides the best man and the hosting-father of the bride?

2. What about mother of the bride or the groom's father and/or mother?

3. Is there any order as to who goes first, next, etc?

Thank you so much for trying to clarify this. I really appreciate it.
