Who gets toasted and who makes each toast?

I realize that there was a similar question but the answer stated how to write the toasts. I would like to know who exactly should be toasted (grandparents, bridal party...) and who typically gives each speech. Thank you.

Dear Toasted,

Here is a paragraph from my booklet on the Reception Time Line:

"The best man, traditionally, begins the toasts by toasting the happy couple. This is often a humorous speech, but should always be in good taste. The groom stands and thanks his best man and will often offer his own toast to his new wife and all of the parents. The bride may toast her husband followed by both sets of parents. At this time, anyone can offer a toast of congratulations or advice."

Best wishes,
