Hi, I read here in the forums that his/her wedding bands do not have to match exactly. But I want to ask specifically about the bands, because I want to get my girl a platinum ring, but out of money reasons and preference, I'd rather have gold. Is this bad? I really don't know wedding band etiquette too much.
