My fiance's cousin is a jewler. I individually picked out every detail of the ring but I have yet to see it all together or try it on. The ring is ready and my fiance is picking it up. Is it alright for me to try it on? Also, who is supposed to keep the bands until the ceremony?

Dear Bride,
Sure. It is best to try it on. Make sure it is exactly what you wanted and fits.
Anyone can keep this until the wedding. I feel it is best for you two to keep it, so it is safe.

This may not be where I need to ask this question but I can not find any other. I want to know when a couple is getting married does the man always buy both rings? I bought my husbands and he bought mine. Is there a tradition about this?

It is best to begin a new thread. You may ask it under this category though. Rebecca Black, Etiquette Now
