     bride2B bought own wedding ring

I am the bride and bought my own wedding ring online. Was this improper? Should I ask my fiance to pay for my wedding ring? I make significantly more money than he does. I recently bought his wedding ring and he's currently still shopping/saving for an engagement ring for me. It's not a question of money, more of tradition and not wanting to jinx our union before we even get hitched. Thanks.

Dear On Line Shopper,

No worries. I believe that a couple should share everything, including all costs. So, if you could buy your ring, that helps both of you. This is how it should be today.

Don't worry, you are doing the right thing.

Best wishes,
