engagement broken, given the circumstances can i keep the ring?
I was given a beautiful engagement ring, with the promise to be together forever, stay faithful and all the usual things. However i found out that he has been cheating on me and having online relationships behind my back. I really dont understand why someone would give a ring (with a huge commitment) to someone when you are doing those things on the side. But with that said, i feel as though i deserve to keep the ring because He was the one who broke the promise and ruined everything. Legally, and based on etiquette, do i have every right to keep it?
