If your dresses are a hue of gold, you really could go a few different avenues. My question would be: What is the style you are going for, rustic, elegant? If you want a more rustic feel, you could incorporate greens, browns, which would enhance the look of the dresses. If you wanted something more elegant, you could have the girls carry all white bouquets. Without knowing more information about what your desired outcome is, I can't really offer the most helpful response...
The main thing is that you don't want the harvest gold color to clash with the florals. Bring a swatch along with you to your floral consultation so that your designer has a very good idea of what color you are working with. From there you can both brainstorm on what would be the best compliment for your colors & style.
As always, wishing you the best of luck. And, when in doubt, consult a professional.
