Should groom and best man be wearing the same thing?

We're having a destination wedding in Las Vegas. It's outdoors on a dock like thing over a man made lake at 630pm. Anyway, its a smaller wedding(40-50) and we're keeping it simple with just a MOH and bridesmaid. Our colors are royal blue and white though my dress is off white. He really wants to wear a white(or off white) tux and was thinking he'd have his best man in the same. Is this a good idea? Since there are only the two of them shouldn't there be something to tell them apart? My sister(MOH) will be in a full length royal blue dress btw. Thanks for your help!

I think a white dinner jacket in the summer is totally appropriate. I don't think they'll be any question about who the groom is. Sounds like a lovely bridal party. Enjoy!

Sounds wonderful Las Vegas is amazing!

If you want something to make the men different how about the groom wears a flower from your bouquet in his buttonhole?

There won't be any doubt who the groom is. He'll be the one with a big cheesy grin from ear to ear!
Have a fabulous time!

I totally agree with Anne Guise. I suggest the groom's boutonniere should be made up from flowers and foilage from your bouquet. Also, the fact he will be standing next to you at most times, I'm sure it would be obvious who the groom is.
