When guests arrive at my park wedding/reception, the first building they will see is an old, run-down cement park bathroom. The inside and outside look pretty bad. The ranger said I can decorate however I like (without paint). I will put hand-towels, soap, mirrors, etc. inside the bathrooms, but not sure how to camouflauge an old cement block building - about 20 X 20 feet wide and 8 feet tall. Any ideas?

Depending on the location, budget and time of year, how about surrounding the bathroom in tall potted plants? They don't have to be 8ft tall but tall enough to be distracting.
Don't forget to bring along the bleach and give the inside a good scrubbing (or hire someone to do this for you) and then set out baskets of potpourri. Get some nice paper hand towels and set those into a fitting basket too. If there is a safe place, put out a few scented candles set in a dish of sand for added safety.
You can have a box of necessities like band-aid, bug spray, sunscreen and other things your guests might find will make them comfortable at an outdoor event.
This sounds like fun...enjoy!

Don't laugh, this actually works and has been used before. Purchase inexpensive King Size White top sheets, and have them air brushed with whatever design, pictures, or wording you desire. Then grommet the edges of the sheet so you can affix the sheet to the outside. If you're on a tight budget and feel artistic, buy paint spray cans and draw on the sheet using pencils as a go by, then paint, paint, paint.
Or you can go simple and just purchase colored King flat sheets to match your theme. To hide the grommet sides, consider renting some tall ficus potted trees and place at the corner of the building. If an afternoon into evening event, decorate with white lights.
For inside, include the tall ficus potted trees and decorate with white lights. Be sure to include some nice chairs or a bench for inside, as well as a nice area rug for those persons wanting to change and be barefoot. Don't forget several independent cheap but elegant coat racks that can be placed strategically inside the building to hold change of clothes. An old time swinging oval mirror would provide a nice touch.
Good luck!

[:)]You have gotten some good answers. ..clean being the best of all. Redirecting the focus is also something to think about. Certainly a colorful little wreath or something but even more than that get your guests past the bathroom as soon as you can. Maybe a row of pretty blooming mum plants with cute little arrows directing them on to the main event. Everybody will accept the setting . Just make sure it is operating well and smells nice and is really clean. Be happy and enjoy!!!
