I really would love to wear false eyelashes on my wedding day. I hear they make the pictures fantastic and I think that they'd make me feel glamorous. The problem is that I know nothing about them. Brands?? Drugstore vs. Salon?? Application?? Any advice??

False Eyelashes for brides
#2
False eye lashes are great, and are a perfect touch for your wedding day make-up look. If you are having a professional apply your wedding day make-up find out if they have them in their kit. If they don't have them tell you which ones to get.
If you are doing your own make-up, you can apply them yourself, but I feel it is my duty to inform you that it isn't easy. Not to scare you, but here are my suggestions. First...go to a department store counter or cosmetic specialty store and have a professional apply the eye lashes and teach you how to do it. Second...purchase an inexpensive brand at the drugstore (like Andrea's) and practice at home. There are 2 types of false eye lashes, a full set and individuals. You might want to get both and see which one you feel most comfortable with. Then on the wedding day you can either stick with the ones at the drug store or purchase more expensive ones. Either way it doesn't matter.
Good luck!
