How many wedding programs will we need?

We aren't sure how many programs to do for our wedding. Does each couple, each family or each individual get a program?

Dear Jalkmcwedding,
I normally recommend ordering 75% of your expected guests. There are always left overs which I place on the gift table, near the guest book or some other place where guests can pick them up if they should have missed them earlier.
