My fiancee and I are planning a formal destination wedding in Jamaica for November. We've found a simple save the date card to send out, but we're wondering how to incorporate information about travel arrangements and wedding web site. Should we include an additional slip of paper with this info? Would that be tacky? We'd just pick up some nice paper at Kinko's, print it out, and include it in the envelope. Also, how do we note that there will be a post-wedding reception for those who cannot attend? Currently, our invite list is close to 200 people, most of whom will not attend.

Dear Saving the Date,

Yes, a separate note should work fine for this purpose. Unless you know the date of the reception, it is best to just wait until it is time to send those invitations out. You can include the information about your reception on your wedding invitation.

Best wishes,
