Sending a wedding invitation to the officiant & photographer

Am I supposed to send a wedding invitation to the officiant & photographer. Of course, they both know the date of the wedding, but we were not requesting the services of either of them at the reception (although they are welcome to attend). I wasn't sure what the protocol was on this type situation. Please Help!

No, they do not get an invitation since they will be providing services at the wedding in a professional capacity.

Actually, per etiquette standards, the officiant would receive one, but not any of the vendors.
