My son is getting married on Maui in October. The Bride has chosen the colors of Mango and Espresso Brown. She would like both her Mother and I to both wear the Espresso Brown while her Maid of Honor will be in Mango. It will be on the beach and then a more formal reception back home in November. I just want to make sure that as long as the Bride asks its ok for both the MOB and MOG to wear the same color. Thanks for your input.

Dear MOG,

Typically the mothers shouldn't dress in the same color. But, if the bride wishes for you to, then it is best. Perhaps this is part of her theme.
