7PM wedding at the aquarium

My nephew is getting married in June. The wedding is at 7PM at the aquarium. Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the aquarium. I am really not sure what to wear. I am thinking the dress will be semi formal. I bought a dress that I like but I don't know if it is dressy enough. It is a shantung material and lined with taffeta. I have attached a picture. Please help! Thanks
