I am going to attend my cousin's friend's wedding in July, it's at 1pm. my cousin told me it's quite formal. is the attached one ok? does it show too much on the shoulder? is the color and length ok? Thanks a lot!

This appears to be a sundress from the picture. If the wedding is outdoors and not too formal, this could be fine. But, I don't know enough about the event to know for sure.
