Bridesmaids Accessories

I am getting married in August this year and I have 3 bridesmaids, one being my sister and two being my Fiance's sisters. They have very different hair styles and personalities and all wish to have different accessories in their hair e.g a diamante alice band, a tiara and a feathery clip. Should bridesmaids all wear the same accessories and if so, how do I chose as I think it will seem as though I am choosing between sisters.
