We have a total of 6 people at the head table, the bride/groom/best man/MOH/my uncle who will walk me down the aisle/and my fiancees mother. My question is, is it necessary to give anyone else a corsage/or boutonierre like the greeter/usher (who is my cousin) and my fiancees 92 year old grandmother and my sister and his brother who are neither in the wedding party

The greeter should receive one. It is not necessary for the others. But I do think the grandmother would definitely enjoy a corsage.

i apologize, actually she is my fiance's 92 year old aunt. She is in fact a grandmonther but none of her kids are attending or invited to the wedding. We are also giving her the centerpiece vase. Do you think a corsage is necessary for her?

It still is not necessary but again, it would be a nice gesture for her.
