Tux Shirt Color

Our photographer has recommended that the men wear white shirts with their black tuxedos, even though the bride's dress is ivory, the flower girl dresses are ivory and the bridesmaids dresses have ivory on the trim and in a back inset. My mother is going crazy thinking this isn't a good idea. I haven't been to any tux places yet. So is it ivory or is it white?? Thanks

9 out of 10 wedding partyies will wear ivory shirts when the bride and her maids are in ivory dresses. But some people feel that the ivory shirt washes out your complexion and the white shirt is more flattering. Either way you can't make the wrong decision; either choice works.
