Help
We are attending a wedding on Sept 23rd at 4:00pm. My husband has never been able to find a suit to fit him due to very broad shoulders. So other that than having a suit made for him which we probably wouldn't have in time, is it ok for him to wear a nice shirt and dress pants?

You didn't say where this was being held. It is important to know this as this will help dictate the formality of the event. More than likely though, it will be cocktail attire, which is a little black dress or its equivalent for you and a suit for your husband.
