I'm having guests assigned by table, but not by seat at the table. Would it be okay to have assorted favors in organza bags? I was thinking of having a tea bag with our names and wedding date on them in some organza bags, a match book with our names and wedding date in some favor bags, and I am not yet sure of the third favor, though I would like a third. Perhaps a heart-shaped cookie cutter, or some flower seeds? All bags would have jordan almonds in them, no matter which other favor they contained.
Does this sound like a fair idea, or might this cause problems?

Unless you're having children attending then adults should be able to select, and accept, the favors. Your ideas sound wonderful. Having something edible is always nice because many times the guests are having so much fun that they don't eat as much as they might like. This gives them a nice little snack for the drive home.
