Including Transporation Info with Wedding Information

I am providing shuttle transportation for my wedding guests staying at a hotel Transporation will be available to the church from the hotel, from the church back to the hotel, and from the hotel to the reception site. I would appreciate any advice on how this information, with departure times, should be worded on an inserted card, which will be inlcuded with my invitations.
