My son is having a formal wedding in Feb in Boca Raton Florida. The bride is wearing a white dress trimmed in red, her bridesmaids are wearing long dresses between a burgundy and dark cherry red. The guys are wearing black with platinum vests. The MOB is wearing a purplish lilac dress, according to her daughter it's "vintage", not sure if pattern or solid and I think tea length. What colors for me would be appropriate to compliment the MOB and the wedding party? Also, should my dress be tea length too?

Black is an excellent color as is Champagne. But, there are many colors that blend well with these. A color wheel may assist you in choosing one. Red would be one color you would want to avoid.

If her mother is wearing tea length, you should probably wear the same as well.
