I am doing deli and veggie trays, etc. for my sons wedding. How many, or how much, of each do I need for approximately 200 wedding guests?

Wherever you are ordering your trays can tell you how many the tray serves.

I am making the trays myself, so I won't be able to ask anyone at the store about this. Any advice would be appreciated.
