I am the MOB and 55 years old and wear glasses. I have medium length wavy hair. I don't want a style that looks old and harsh for my daughters wedding. What do you suggest for a nice hair style?

Great question. One wants to look nice, updated but still themselves. I am not sure what is going on with your hair color but have you considered a few highlights to brighten yourself up? Will you be going to your regular stylist that day or a new one? Is the wedding local or are you traveling somewhere? Sometimes a new stylist has a new view. Check out some of those hairstyling magazines in the drug store. Age is just a number! Maybe just an update to your medium style with some layers or wispy fring around your face may be just enough. You are lucky to have wavy hair as texture is so in right now. When was the last time you got new frames? This wedding may just be the boost you need to get you out of a style rut...think of you and not just what will work for the day. Do this a month or so before the wedding. If you feel good it will transpire into looking radiant. Also if you will be wearing your glasses you can boost up the eye make-up. Go get yourself a mini makeover and have fun!!
